Google Grope

GoogleGrope is a weekly, worldwide competition to grab top spot on Google for a search phrase.

It was launched at SuperMondays,

A fairly unique but benign search phrase is generated on this site and the race starts. Participants have 48 hours to create blog/website page which Google will (hopefully) list on its generic search page. The winner is the participant with the highest placed organic search result on www.google.com, at the finish flag, exactly 48 hours after the launch time.

This is a chance to compete on equal terms with other bloggers and the result will be totally based on merit.

The weekly winner enters the hall of fame and gains massive street credibility.

Prizes may be awarded.
